Depending on which of our services you use and how you interact with our App, we collect different kinds of information from or about you. We may collect, use, store and transfer different kinds of personal data about you which we have grouped together as follows:

o Technical Data includes internet protocol (IP) address, your login data, browser type and version, make and model (mobile phones only), operating system, hardware version, platform, device settings and other technology identification on the devices used to access our App, file and software names and types, device identifiers, time zone setting and location, device locations such as through GPS, Bluetooth or WiFi signals, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform, connection information such as the name of your mobile operator or ISP, browser type, language and time zone, mobile phone number and IP address. We may also collect information about your computer (for example, browser type) and navigation information (for example, the pages you visit on the App) along with the times that you access the App

o Profile Data includes your email and password, Discounts on your purchases, your interests, preferences, feedback and survey responses .

o Usage Data includes information about how you use our App, and services including redemption of our offers, how you use your devices to access our App, including the screens you visit and the searches you make to analyze your trends and improve the administration of the App. We will collect transactional information based on your activities using the App.

o Marketing and Communications Data: includes your preferences in receiving marketing posts from us and our third parties and your communication preferences. We also collect, use and share aggregated data such as statistical or demographic data for any purpose. Please note that the withdrawal of any authorizations for processing of your personal information by third parties may result in us not being able to provide you with any services.

Dsquares reserves the right to disclose your personal information if it is required or authorized to do so by law, or, if it is reasonably necessary in its opinion to protect the rights or property of Dsquares or any third party, or to avoid injury to any person.

In the event of a sale of the App, Dsquares business, any of its affiliates and subsidiaries or any related business assets, your personal information may be disclosed to any potential purchaser for the purposes of the continued provision of the App or otherwise in relation to any such sale. some or all of your personal information may be passed to another party We may share your personal information with our other group companies for the purposes outlined in this privacy policy.

You may contact us to correct any of your personal information that is inaccurate, incomplete or out-of-date, or to request that your personal information be deleted. Deletion of your account from the App will not automatically delete the personal information held about you. If you would like the App to delete all personal information together with the deletion of your account, please follow the steps mentioned-above.

Please note that the deletion of your personal information from our database will result in us not being able to provide you with any services.

If applicable, any legal requirement on us to maintain certain records of your personal information shall prevail over any of your requests. We may require you to prove your identity before providing you with copies of your personal information.

By providing us with personal information, you consent to the transfer of your personal information inside and outside of Egypt. We take every precaution to safeguard all your personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure.

You must create your own username and password to access your account or make transactions on the App. Choose your password carefully using unique numbers, letters and special characters.
Never share your username and password with anyone.

We do not tolerate spam. You may not use our communication tools to send spam or otherwise send content that would violate our User Agreement. We automatically scan and may manually filter messages to check for spam, viruses, phishing attacks and other malicious activity or illegal or prohibited content

Dsquares reserves the right to alter all or any part of this Privacy Policy. Any changes thereto will be notified via the App and, where appropriate, through e-mail notification.
